1. Who is responsible for this website

This website (vectora.ar) is operated by Vectora, a communication, design and software development studio based in Mendoza, Argentina. For any question about this policy you can contact us at info@vectora.ar.

2. What information we collect

We only collect the information that is strictly necessary to respond to your inquiries and to understand how visitors use this website:

• Contact form. The name, email address and message you voluntarily type into our contact form. This information is not sent to our servers or stored in any database: the form only builds a WhatsApp message with your text and opens WhatsApp Web/App for you to decide whether to send it. From that point, the conversation is handled directly between you and Vectora through WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
• Browsing data. Through Google Analytics (GA4) we collect anonymized/aggregated statistics such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site, in order to understand and improve its performance.
• Interaction events. We register anonymous events such as clicks on WhatsApp buttons, exclusively for statistical purposes.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies from Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage, and may load fonts from Google Fonts and scripts from WhatsApp when you choose to use those features. These third parties may set their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser settings; this may affect how some parts of the site work.

4. Purpose of the processing

We use the information described above exclusively to: (a) respond to inquiries sent through our channels; (b) understand how the site is used in order to improve its content and performance; and (c) comply with legal obligations when applicable. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with third parties.

5. Legal basis and data sharing

The processing described here is based on your consent (when you voluntarily fill out the form or accept the use of analytics cookies) and on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site. Browsing data may be processed by our technology providers (currently Google, for analytics, and WhatsApp/Meta, for messaging) strictly to provide those services.

6. Data retention

We do not store the contact form data on our servers. Analytics data is retained by Google Analytics according to the retention settings configured in our account, and is used only in aggregated/anonymized form.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law No. 25.326 and, where applicable, other data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, update and request the deletion of your personal data, as well as to object to or restrict certain uses. You can exercise these rights by writing to info@vectora.ar. The National Directorate for Personal Data Protection, as the enforcement authority of Law No. 25.326, is empowered to receive complaints and claims filed in relation to non-compliance with the personal data protection regulations.

8. Minors

This website is not directed at children under 13 years of age and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised.
